 李旭,男(1978.01-),河北辛集人,博士,研究員,河北省光電信息材料重點實驗室副主任,博士生導師,坤輿優秀學者;全國光電功能材料與器件專家委員會常務委員,中國稀土學會會員,中國發光學會會員,中國顆粒學會會員,中國電子學會會員;《發光學報》青年編委。

研究方向

1、熒光粉及發光器件:固相法、燃燒法、水熱法、溶膠凝膠法等制備稀土離子摻雜發光材料及其在白光LED器件、離子檢測、防僞及生物醫學等領域應用;

2、無機納米材料的制備途徑及形貌的控制:通過一鍋法、水熱法等化學方法合成形貌可控的納米材料,并通過離子摻雜、表面修飾等手段調控材料的性能;

3、全色發光碳點的制備及發光機理研究,并将其應用于白光LED光緻發光器件及新型量子點發光器件(QLED);
4、電雙穩器件的制備及性能研究:作為新型阻變存儲器件,電雙穩器件逐漸受到關注,通過制備新型具有雙穩性能的材料和優化電雙穩器件的結構提高其性能。
