個人簡介

喬雙,1982年生,男,BETVLCTOR伟德官方网站,教授,博導,河北省光電信息材料省級重點實驗室副主任,河北省青年拔尖人才,河北省自然科學基金傑出青年、優秀青年獲得者。2014年于中國科學院半導體所超晶格國家重點實驗室獲凝聚态物理博士學位,2017年8月至2019年8月在中科院北京納米能源與系統研究所訪問交流。近年來一直從事低維半導體納米材料及其異質結的制備、表/界面調控、光電/光熱電性能和器件構築等方面研究。
