個人簡介

楊政,1989年生,男,BETVLCTOR伟德官方网站,副教授,博士生導師(光學工程方向)。本科畢業于清華大學材料科學與工程系,2019年于中國科學院北京納米能源與系統研究所獲納米科學與技術博士學位,2019年12月被引進至BETVLCTOR伟德官方网站從事教學與科研工作。主要緻力于金屬鹵化物鈣钛礦材料和硫化化合物材料的可控制備和光電子器件研制(主要是光電探測器)等工作。近五年來,在Advanced Materials、Advanced Functional Materials、ACS nano、Nano letters、Nano Energy、Materials Today和Small等高水平期刊發表SCI收錄論文23篇,其中第一作者和通訊作者論文12篇。

研究方向

1、金屬鹵化物鈣钛礦單晶和薄膜、硫族化合物納米材料的可控制備
2、基于光-熱-電耦合效應(熱釋電或光熱電)的光電探測器研制
3、鈣钛礦的電極化性質(鐵電、壓電、熱釋電、撓曲電)研究。
