個人簡介
陳海彬,博士,校聘教授。2019年3月畢業于華北電力大學,2019年8月引進至BETVLCTOR伟德官方网站從事教學與科研工作。主要緻力于新型薄膜太陽電池器件制備、性能表征及應用研究。迄今為止,在ACS Appl. Mater. Interfaces,J Power Source、J. Mater. Chem. A等期刊發表多篇高水平學術論文。目前與華北電力大學、中科院應用技術研究所保持密切科研合作關系。
研究方向
鈣钛礦薄膜制備、形貌調控及器件性能研究。
